Remy Ma’s legal woes continue to mount, as she has been hit with a new criminal complaint for allegedly punching Brittney Taylor.

Prosecutors filed 4 new charges against the rapper Friday — 2 counts of assault in the third degree, 1 count of aggravated harassment in the second degree, and 1 count of harassment in the second degree … all of which are misdemeanors.

The charges stem from the alleged incident in April, in which Remy punched the Love & Hip Hop: New York cast member in the right eye while backstage at the Pretty Lou Benefit Concert at Irving Plaza in NYC. She was initially booked for misdemeanor assault after turning herself in … but prosecutors have now tacked on more charges.

Furthermore … Remy’s attorney, Dawn Florio, tells TMZ that prosecutors have changed the time in which they claim the attack went down, from 9:30 PM to 10:30 PM. Video does show Remy arriving at the venue around that time, but it doesn’t show the alleged attack.

The timing is important because, Remy claimed she had visual proof she was nowhere near the venue or Taylor at the time she was accused of punching her, which was 9:30. But with the update in time, now pushing the alleged assault back an hour, it possibly matches up with the time Remy was at the concert.

Despite now facing 4 charges, Remy has been offered a deal to plead guilty to just the top charge — assault in the third degree. If she does that, the 3 other charges will be dropped, but she’d also have to enter a long-term anger management program.

So far, Remy hasn’t taken the deal … the case is set for trial in July.
