Call it the gift that keeps on giving, as the back and forth between Drake and Pusha T continues today with Pusha T’s appearance on Joe Budden’s podcast.
Around 20 minutes into the chat Pusha makes the claim that it was someone connected to Drake collaborator and friend Noah “40” Shebib where he found out about Drake’s son Adonis. This is in response to Drake’s recent appearance on LeBron James’ HBO show The Shop, where he implicated Kanye West as the leak.
“The information came from 40,” said Push. He was further imply that it was actually from a woman who 40 is having an intimate relationship with who gave up the dirt. Push also implies that she divulged that 40 is disgruntled with his lack of notoriety among other things.
Later on in the podcast, Push came back to Drake, expressing his displeasure in the narrative that Kanye is to blame for this. “Only reason I’m here now, for real for real, is because [Drake] was so passionate about the MS thing,” he said. “And they did the backlight and they put the spotlight on his face, ‘When you said my friend,’ but your friend is the reason why. That’s how it came about. That narrative’s gotta die. Listen, it needs to die. It’s done. That narrative is done.”
