French Montana Becomes U.S. Citizen

French Montana can celebrate a milestone, and it has nothing to do with music or Ciroc, because he is officially a U.S. citizen, meaning he can vote and get a U.S. passport.

French was officially sworn in Wednesday night in New Jersey. His path to citizenship was a long process, applying back in February of 2017. In order to become a citizen you have to take the Naturalization Oath of Allegiance and, from the looks of a pic taken, he got it down.

The rapper was born and raised in Morocco, immigrating to the U.S. at the age of 13.
