Sacramento’s Mozzy has had his grind pay off over the last two years. With numerous collaboration project, as well as solo releases (like 1 Up Top Ahk), he’s even jumped into 2018, with a feature on Black Panther: The Album. Today, he extended his relationship, with Bay Area record label EMPIRE, who has released all of his project over the past few years.
March 2nd will be an important day, as that will be when he releases his forthcoming EP Spiritual Conversations and later followed by a full-length album Gangland Landlord. Ecstatic with the deal, EMPIRE founder and CEO Ghazi Shami said, “It’s truly exciting to work with and artist whose music resonates with me both professionally and personally. When I hear a Mozzy record, it reminds me why I fell in love with rap music.”
