In conjunction with Toyota, The FADER had this weekend’s Miami Art Basel on smash with Boom Basel, a two-day event celebrating music and art at MAPS Backlot in Wynwood Arts District of Miami. On top of the art that was seen, there were also artist performances from MadeinTYO and SUPERDUPERKYLE, as well as appearances from OVO’s Roy Woods and YFN Lucci.

Other highlights included a stunning mural created in real-time and life-sized games featuring custom artwork from No King’s Collective, canvas works from Fati Jafri nodding to legendary female artists Frida Khalo and Barbara Kruger, and customized airbrush shirts created by on-site artists from Miami’s Graffiti-Pop Airbrush.
