Freddie Gibbs No Longer Corporate Thuggin’ With Young Jeezy?

It’s been over a year since Freddie Gibbs joined Young Jeezy’s CTE imprint and it looked like things were looking up as Freddie Gibbs got a bulk of the features on The Real Is Back 2. Well looks like Gibbs may be hinting that their once promising partnership is now over. More after the jump.

Freddie Gibbs took to Twitter late last week and started raising eyebrows about his future with CTE World, referring to himself as the coldest free agent in the game, while also comparing himself to LeBron James before the decision.

Of course this followed a previous interview with Power 105.1’s The Breakfast Club where he claimed that the delay of his debut The Neck Tie Party LP was due to not really having a label to release it. He also mentioned that conflicting schedules had kept him from meeting with Jeezy much but that he is still “cliqued up” with CTE.

The biggest confirmation may have come from Freddie Gibbs’ own Str8 Slammin’ crew as member Hit Screwface said that Jeezy wouldn’t be the realest nigga to him if he use all the songs Freddie wrote.
