You know how every new artist drops a mixtape and follows the same formula (well-known instrumentals and predictable rhymes)? Well, producer Bone 40 & MC Jaboy Fry have thrown convention out the window, and have dropped an EP of totally original music. The EP which is titled Bone 40 Presents Jaboy Fry the freEP is 5 songs strong and one bonus track, they bring back a feeling of good concepts, great lyricism & top notch production.
Judging by the EP, these two really have a bright future in this music thing. With Bone 40 from Amsterdam & Jaboy Fry from West Virginia, it's also nice to know that these two aren't from Hip Hop staples like NY or LA and can drop really good music because it shows that great Hip Hop is coming from everywhere, and these 2 are proof of that. The chemistry between MC & producer is very evident and both show a willingness to experiment as well.
